Steve Epley

Steve Epley is a Georgia-born Army Brat who graduated high school in Columbia, SC, where he joined the U.S. Air Force. After serving nine years, in 1980 he began working for AAI as a defense contractor, mainly on flight simulators and other types of computer-based trainers, but also on Unmanned Arial Vehicles (UAVs). In the 33 years he worked for AAI, Steve saw most of the United States and a large part of Europe. He also lived in Bosnia for two years during his AAI employment, which Steve says “was interesting, to say the least.”

Steve decided it was time for a change and took early retirement from AAI in 2012. At that time he moved to San Antonio and now considers the Alamo City home. Steve currently is pursuing his Texas real estate license and looks forward to helping military families and retirees, as well as others, with their relocation needs.
